Privacy Policy — Galaxy Kings

1. Operator and privacy contact

Galaxy Kings is operated by ma.app.projects. For privacy questions, information requests, or deletion requests, contact ma.app.projects@gmail.com. This policy describes the application version and practices set out below. Google's independent services are also subject to Google's policies.

2. Information stored and processed on your device

The application stores music, sound, vibration, accessibility, control, graphics quality, and difficulty preferences in its private storage. It also stores tutorial and mission progress; unlocked characters, equipment and items; game resource balances and rewards; and results and statistics such as matches, wins, losses, hits and damage. This information is used to operate the game, save progress and customize gameplay.

During gameplay, the application processes control inputs. It also stores numerical summaries of gameplay patterns, such as preferred combat range, movement and firing rate, to adapt computer-controlled opponents. These summaries are not used for advertising or decisions with legal effects. The application does not send these game saves or summaries to a developer-operated server. Performance and error information may appear in device logs for troubleshooting; the application currently has no developer-integrated service that automatically uploads these logs.

The application currently has no separate user account, name or email entry form, chat service, advertising SDK, or dedicated analytics or crash-reporting SDK. It does not request access to contacts, location, the camera, microphone, photos, messages or call logs, and does not use an advertising identifier for tracking. Vibration permission provides gameplay feedback. Internet and network-state permissions are included through application libraries; their presence does not mean game progress is uploaded to a server. Android and Google Play may process information under their own policies and your device settings.

3. Google Play purchases

Purchases of game resources are handled through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment methods and account information required for payment. The application does not receive your credit card number or bank account details. It receives product information, prices and currency, purchase status and purchase tokens from Google Play to grant resources and handle pending purchases. Purchase tokens are returned to Google Play to mark purchases as consumed. A SHA-256-derived identifier is stored locally to prevent duplicate grants. The application currently has no developer-operated server receiving these tokens.

Google may process transaction, account, device and connection information as part of its services. See https://policies.google.com/privacy. Cancellations and refunds are subject to Google Play's purchase procedures and applicable law. Deleting game data does not delete Google's transaction records or request a refund.

4. Android backup and device transfers

Android backup is enabled for the application. Depending on your device settings, Google account and device manufacturer, application data may be included in cloud backups or direct transfers to another device, including preferences, progress and locally stored purchase identifiers. Backups may be restored after reinstallation. Backup is managed by Android and the backup provider, rather than a developer-operated server. You can manage backups and their deletion through your device or backup service settings. Deleting local data does not necessarily delete backup copies.

5. Support inquiries

If you email us, we receive your sender address, message content and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, address the issue or privacy request, and fulfill relevant legal obligations. You do not need to provide personal information to play. Please do not send passwords or full payment details. Our email provider may process messages for delivery and storage. The support address is hosted by Google's Gmail service; its processing practices are described in Google's privacy policy.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell user information or share it for targeted advertising. Purchase information is handled with Google Play, backups may be handled by Google or your device provider, and voluntarily submitted support messages may be handled by our email provider. If we receive information through support, we may disclose only information necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation or protect rights and safety, as permitted by applicable law. The application currently does not share game progress with other users or a developer-operated server.

7. Security

Local game data is stored in the application's private storage area, protected by Android's security mechanisms. Google Play manages the payment channel and communications for its billing service. Backups and email messages are subject to their providers' security measures. We do not claim that every local record is separately encrypted by the application. No system is completely immune to data loss or unauthorized access.

8. Retention and deletion

Game data and preferences remain on your device while the application's data exists. You can delete them through Android Settings > Apps > Galaxy Kings > Storage > Clear data, or by uninstalling the application. Menu names may vary by device. Deletion may cause loss of progress and resources, including purchased consumable resources; their recovery is not guaranteed. The in-game career statistics reset deletes only the statistics it identifies and does not replace deletion of all application data. Backups and Google's purchase records must be managed separately. Because the application has no separate developer-managed account, there is no such account to delete.

Support inquiries are retained while necessary to handle the inquiry and follow up. You may request deletion using the email above. If additional retention is necessary due to a legal obligation or an active dispute, we retain only the information needed for the relevant period.

9. Your rights and international processing

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, obtain data portability, and complain to a competent authority. Use the contact information above to submit requests. Information stored only on your device is not remotely accessible to the developer. Support information is used to handle inquiries, administer support and comply with legal obligations where necessary. The legal basis depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the inquiry. Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw it as provided by law without affecting lawful processing already performed.

Google services and relevant service providers may process information in other countries. Such processing is subject to their service terms and applicable law. Where legal requirements apply to international transfers, the operator must comply with them.

10. Children

The game's intended audience includes children under 13. The application has no form that collects children's personal information and currently has no targeted advertising. If a parent believes a child has provided personal information in a support inquiry, they may contact the operator to investigate and request deletion under applicable law. Handling children's information is subject to applicable law and relevant Google Play requirements. Where parental consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing.

11. Policy changes and external links

We update this policy when our information practices change and show the update date at the top. Material changes requiring notice or consent will be addressed under applicable law and Google Play requirements before the relevant processing begins. Opening an external policy page connects your browser to its hosting provider, which may process your IP address and request information to serve and secure the page. This page is hosted using OpenAI Sites. The hosting provider's infrastructure processing is subject to its terms and privacy policy, available at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/. No sign-in is required to view this policy. We do not add developer-operated advertising or analytics tools to this page.

12. Possible future services and changes

The application code supports paid purchases through Google Play, but product availability depends on activation in the store. In the future, we may introduce Google Analytics for Firebase to understand game usage and improve the product. This service is not integrated into the version described by this policy. If introduced, depending on the selected configuration, it may process usage and purchase events, an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system information, and technical connection information. Actual events, purposes, providers, retention periods and user controls will be described in an updated policy before activation. There are currently no advertisements in the game and no active plan to add them. Advertising may be introduced in the future. If this changes, we will first update this policy and store disclosures, identify the advertising providers and actual data processing, and implement required disclosures, choices and consent, including requirements relating to children. This statement about a possible future change is not consent to data collection or personalized advertising.

Any future analytics implementation will be adapted to an audience that includes children. We will not activate prohibited collection from children or users of unknown age, or use children's information for personalized advertising. If advertisements are introduced for children or users of unknown age, they will be appropriate for children, exclude interest-based advertising and remarketing, and use SDK versions meeting Google Play Families requirements. Parental consent, where required, does not permit collection or use prohibited by Google Play.
